Travel Life Africa CTM coordinates corporate travel from Nairobi, with services spanning flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and group movements. The design brief was to refresh its company profile and create a branded letterhead for everyday correspondence.

The challenge was one of presentation: give prospective clients a clear route through a broad service offering, while making the company’s documents feel like part of the same brand.

Structure first.
Then the details.

We organised the seven-page profile around the questions a prospective client would ask: who is the company, why work with it, what does it offer, how does it manage travel, who does it serve, and how can we get in touch?

Numbered service sections, concise headings and a consistent blue palette bring order to the information. Travel imagery gives the cover context, while the interior pages make room for the business detail.

The letterhead carries the identity into day-to-day communication. A compact branded header and contact footer leave a generous writing area, with a subtle watermark and an editable Microsoft Word format.
