BEFORE YOU BRIEF
Every new website package includes a Website Care plan from month four, starting at US$20/month. Hosting, SSL, routine security, basic SEO and compatibility checks, limited content updates, a quarterly check-in and weekday support are covered. The exact scope and Ksh billing amount are agreed before you sign. See the monthly package.
Website creation starts at Ksh 6,999, including responsive design and development, two revision rounds, and three months of free hosting and maintenance from launch. Maintenance covers fixes and minor content updates to the agreed website. Page count, features and delivery dates are confirmed in your quote. Domain registration, business email, paid third-party tools, extra pages and new features are quoted separately. We agree ongoing hosting and maintenance fees before the free period ends; there is no automatic charge.
The three interface examples show design directions, not live client websites or fixed feature packages. Choose a style you like and tell us what your site needs to do. Features such as online payments, accounts, bookings or a content-management system need a separate scope and quote.
The design collection contains Concept Explorations: fictional samples to help you choose a visual direction. Your final design will use your own brand, wording and approved images. For real client projects, visit Our Work. These are Sage concept previews, not a live Canva template library.

The calculator gives an estimate based on your selections. We confirm the final price on WhatsApp after reviewing your content, scope and deadline. Nothing is ordered or charged when you generate an estimate.
For websites, we agree the published site, source handover and any licensed assets in your quote. For other services, deliverables depend on the service: PDF for documents and print, and PNG or JPG for digital designs. Editable Word letterheads and Canva handovers can be included in your estimate. We’ll confirm formats and any licensed asset requirements before work begins.
Yes. Choose “Redesign an existing document” when estimating a company profile, or describe your existing design in the brief. Share the files on WhatsApp so we can review them.
Layout design is Ksh 749 per page, with a two-page minimum. A 6-page profile is Ksh 4,494; 10 pages is Ksh 7,490. Count every page, including the front and back covers. Writing, editable files and urgent delivery are optional extras shown in your estimate.
Yes. The first slide is Ksh 199, slides 2–5 are Ksh 174 each, and each slide from 6 onward is Ksh 149. A 5-slide set is Ksh 895; 10 slides is Ksh 1,640. Returning clients receive an additional 10% off slide design, confirmed from the previous project. These rates apply to a single order using one brand and visual direction. Optional extras are priced separately.
Your selections and message stay in your browser until you send them through WhatsApp or email. Tap Send in your chosen app to deliver the message. You may instead use the optional detailed brief form to save an enquiry and private attachments to our studio inbox. We safeguard your content and obtain separate permission before publishing any work. For sensitive files, agree a suitable handling method first. See our Privacy Policy.
The estimates on this website cover design only. Tell us if you need print-ready files, and we’ll prepare the agreed dimensions and export settings. Printing is quoted separately if arranged.
